With a rich background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a wealth of experience in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, alcoholism, and various relationship therapies, including the Gottman Method. My approach is rooted in practical, proven techniques like Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

In addition to one-on-one private coaching, I also offer weekly Zoom study groups, creating a collaborative learning environment that is both inclusive and effective.
